Sports Premium 2021 2022

Competitive sport

As a school and as a Trust, we firmly believe that competitive sport is an important part of school life as it builds resilience and enables children to celebrate non-academic success.  This page will be continued to be updated with the competitions that Holne Chase will be part of through the Trust competitions.

Swimming

Due to the impact of Covid-19 and the closure of schools from March 2020 on Year 6 and swimming, we do not have up-to-date figures for proportions of  Year 6 swimming ability in 2020-21.

However, Year 4 swimming has commenced from September 21 and we will ensure that Year 5 and Year 6 will have the opportunity to have swimming lessons later in the year, due to them missing out because of Covid-19.
